Wir analysieren das Projekt auf der Basis einer  umfassenden und aktuellen Bestandsaufnahme  der Gesamtprozesse mit dem Ergebnis:

a) das Projekt läuft planmäßig
b) das Projekt läuft nicht planmäßig - welche Korrekturmaßnahmen sind
